Class Schedule
This week offers two unique classes that cater to different levels of yoga practice.
Wednesday, 10 am – 11:30 am: Yin Yoga – Beginner Level
Sunday, 10 am – 11:30 am: Vinyasa Yoga – Intermediate Level

Please arrive at Madre Tierra at least 10 minutes early to ensure you settle in. Remember, the front gate will be locked after class starts, and latecomers won’t be able to enter the studio. Enjoying your practice starts with being on time!
