Upon approaching the restaurant, one might be surprised to find it masquerading as a pizza takeaway and bakery. This quaint entrance led us to an unexpected culinary adventure, characterized by a charming atmosphere and a variety of freshly baked goodies displayed enticingly, such as artisanal bread.
From the Shop to the Garden: A Cozy Dining Experience
After inquiring about the Mexican restaurant, we were directed towards the rear, where a small garden unfolded, complete with six tables, three of which were already occupied. The intimate setting offered a sense of comfort, allowing us to truly appreciate the ambiance.
A Diverse Menu and Engaging Conversations
As we settled in, a bilingual young man promptly presented us with an extensive menu filled with authentic Mexican cuisine, available in both English and Spanish. Our choices included chicken tacos and nacho supreme, complemented by refreshing frozen margaritas. The flavors were vibrant and were complemented by wonderful conversations with fellow diners, who assured us of the quality of the food.
When our order arrived, the visual delight was only exceeded by the taste. The generous portions of fresh nachos and moist chicken, paired with luscious guacamole and melted cheese, showcased the culinary skill of this family-run business. There was ample food, and despite our attempts to savor every bite, we ultimately surrendered to the sheer volume of the dishes.
