From farm to table
Integrated agriculture is the basis for our concept “From Farm to Table”. We use mainly Organic ingredients from our land or other growers to prepare i.e. healthy Salads. Come by and enjoy the original, served in big glass bowls.
The building is lovely, and the back garden is a great spot. We bake our cakes with butter, we don’t use margarine or cheap oils or other additives. The same applies to our sandwiches. Farm butter, organic salads, organic avocados, Creollo eggs and meat or fish without mono glutamate, garnished with homemade mayonnaise. Our tables are stocked with olive oil, banana vinegar, Himalayan salt and pepper. Hot sauce is served on request.
All natural cakes and cheese cakes. Together with coffee specialities, made with our own planted, harvested, wet processed and roasted coffee… a treat. Enjoy this and more in an environment with special atmosphere.
