Charlito’s

We’ve been searching for our favourite vegan pizza in Vilcabamba and I think we finally found it at CHARLITO’S! We ordered the vegetarian pizza without cheese and it was loaded with onions, mushrooms, olives, and a vibrant medley of brightly colored peppers. The sauce has some sweetness to it which I love, and the crust was baked just right so there is some crunch while still being chewy. The size was perfect for two people to share and feel satisfied. There are many pizzas to choose from. We love that the menu also has a veggie sandwich and a vegan burger made with the best tempeh we’ve ever had. The marinade for the tempeh is so flavorful! We also love our chats with Charlie and we appreciate that he shares knowledge and wisdom with us. We will definitely keep going back! – Dana Katvitski
